Every body is different, so your first session is where we get to know yours. Before we begin, we'll go over your intake forms together, covering your health history, what's bringing you in, and what you'd like to get out of our work. From there, we'll figure out what your body responds to best and begin shaping a plan around it. Because bodywork is a process rather than a one-time fix, many clients notice meaningful differences by their second or third session, as the work builds and we refine our approach based on how you've responded.
After that, sessions begin with a brief check-in and a shared understanding of what we'll be focusing on. From there, the work proceeds based on what's most appropriate for that session. Because my approach is integrative, sessions may vary in structure and technique, and are guided by ongoing assessment and response.
If you'd like more details, contact me to take advantage of the free 15-minute consultation.

I do not accept insurance at this time. I am able to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company upon request. Your insurance company may reimburse you for services.
I keep a few reduced-rate appointments in my schedule so that care can remain accessible. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out for availability.
-
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations leave time in the schedule that cannot be filled.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I require 24 hours notice. Changes within 24 hours are charged half of the session fee, and no-shows are charged the full amount.

Bottled water is provided upon request, however many clients find it helpful to bring their own. If you have longer hair, you may bring a hair tie or clip to tie up your hair if you'd like to reduce contact with oil or lotion.
-
Not every treatment modality requires contact with the skin, so you may be clothed during treatment. I recommend that my clients wear comfortable clothing.

The easiest way to book is online at haileystuermer.janeapp.com, where you can see my availability and choose a time that works for you.
If you'd rather book another way, you're welcome to text me at (669) 241-1341, email info@haileystuermer.com, or schedule a quick phone call through the consult scheduler. The phone call is a good option if you have questions or want to talk through what you're looking for before your first session.
Once you book, your intake forms will be emailed to you. If you booked online, you can also find them in your Jane account right away. Please complete them before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Yes, I accept HSA/FSA cards. Massage is typically eligible only when it's medically necessary, so many plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your doctor. I recommend checking with your plan administrator before your session.
