Hi, I’m Hailey Stuermer.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, SomatoEmotional Release, and Deep Tissue work. My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation and connective tissue health, blending structural precision with responsive, intuitive touch. Each session follows your body’s cues rather than a fixed protocol, allowing for individualized and sustainable change.
I work with people of all ages, including adults, teens, children, and babies 3 months and older. For adults, sessions may address chronic pain, injury recovery, stress-related tension, and nervous system dysregulation. For babies and children, I use gentle, developmentally appropriate techniques that support comfort, ease, and healthy movement patterns. Treatments are always adapted to the individual’s age, sensitivity, and needs.
I aim to create a grounded, clinically informed environment where clients can settle out of holding patterns and reconnect with their bodies. My work supports improved mobility, reduced tension, and a greater sense of regulation and embodiment.
Curious what Integrated Massage and CranioSacral Therapy can do for you?
